Over the roughly hour-long session, gentle instruction in timeless techniques will guide you to listen to the wisdom of your inner true self. Everyone is welcome. Everybody can benefit. This class is led by yoga instructor Paige Lichens, a specialist in body movement for all body types.

Yogis have used the resonance of singing bowls for decades to experience a deeper state of relaxation and consciousness. The soothing tones and vibrations of both crystal and metal bowls will accompany you in your meditation and invigorate the chakras.
